  Very unsatisfied. Was told the visit was covered under our insurance plan, that we would owe $0. I confirmed this with Lauri prior to arriving. Turns out she did not verify what she had informed me of and then billed us $185!!!! Very unprofessional how the situation was handled. I will not return. I feel I was completely misled.
